I contacted Steins Plumbing on Tuesday for a blocked sewer issue, Cath booked us in that evening and Josh and his team got us back online the same day. They then quoted some further works and returned the next day. The process from booking right through to execution was seamless and the office staff and technicians were extremely polite and accomodating. Richo was the supervisor and senior plumber for the entire process. He was professional and thorough in all our dealings with him. The standard of the finish on our job was outstanding. Richo and Jake installed new facia flashings, roof gutters and down pipes to our home and garage. We had a few big jobs needing to be done at our recently purchased house. We were provided with options that accommodated us and jobs needing done, everything was explained clearly which made the process less stressful. A big huge shout out to Cath, Mitch, Vincent, Jacob, Tarin, and their amazing team for doing an incredible job at our place - we had a brand new gas hot water system, all new storm water drains and a gas bayonet installed. Friendly, professional and quality workmanship. Special shout out to Mitch who always offered a coffee on route to site and ensured the work was completed to a high standard. All work was completed within the time-frame provided. Thanks again team, we truly appreciate it.
